charge?
(A) C.A. North Realty Inc. has very competitive rates structured
as a menu of services. A seller may choose the fee they want
to pay according to the program that best suits their needs.
Homeowners could save nearly half versus "traditional"
commissions. This means it could be as low as $1,000 to list
and a 2.5% selling fee, to be paid upon closing. All fees
and services are provided in writing.

(A)We offer all of the traditional services, and then go
one step further by monitoring and responding to each client's
needs individually. We lead the way with a new market attitude,
offering sellers a menu of services and exclusive representation.
"Buyers' Agency" service is also available. We are

(Q) Does C.A. North Realty, Inc. represent a purchaser
and seller at the same time in the same transaction?
(A) No. This is known by the Department of State as a "Dual
Agency." Although it is acceptable by law, C.A. North
Realty, Inc. will only represent one side of the transaction.
We have a procedure in place to assist both parties fairly
without a conflict of interest.

(A) Yes, we have market knowledge in all counties. We have
